I was fortunate to find Al's Taxis on TripAdvisor and the glowing reviews turned out to be absolutely real.

Al himself responded on Whatsapp almost immediately after I messaged him and took my reservation. The next day, my driver, Mr. Suleyman arrived 10 minutes early and turned out to be the most competent, polite, professional driver I have ever had - no exaggeration!

The van was spotless, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. As for the price, it was very reasonable. After the smooth, safe ride, I gave Mr Suleyman a generous tip out of my gratitude.

I recommend Al and his incredible service to all my friends and family. Do not chance your lives on street taxis in Istanbul. Use Al's Taxi instead and enjoy Istanbul.

I contacted Ali, he found that there was a problem with one of the passengers. Finally I've got in touch with my daughter via driver's Internet. It was a big relief to me when I hered her voice. The driver was an excellent gentleman. He helped them through the situation and waited for about eight hours without any complaints! Imagine that you are about 3000 kilometers away from your loved ones and they are in a frustrating situation. It's not all about the money, it's the dignity which makes the difference.
